Fontana del Tritone
Stranded in the middle of traffic-snarled Piazza Barberini, this compact fountain was created by Bernini for his main patron, Pope Urban VIII, in 1642. Four Dolphins support a huge shell in which a strapping Triton, the sea God, sits blowing a jet of water through a conch.
